The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters across various legal areas, ensuring cases progress efficiently from inception to resolution.
Responsibilities: Monitor deadlines closely to ensure timely filing and court appearances. Conduct comprehensive legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law to inform litigation strategies and provide accurate, well-supported legal advice to clients. Prepare and draft a wide range of legal documents, including but not limited to pleadings, motions, affidavits, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
