Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of aviation-related claims, including liability, coverage, and regulatory mattersAdvising clients on contentious and non-contentious aviation issuesHandling litigation in the High Court and supporting dispute resolution processesDrafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal adviceEngaging directly with clients, brokers, and industry stakeholdersSupporting partners on large-scale, multi-jurisdictional matters About You
