Senior Associate, Material Planner
The Material Planner is responsible for ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to support production requirements, customer schedules, and inventory targets. The role focuses on MRP execution, PO management, supplier alignment, inventory control, and mitigation of supply risks.
Responsibilities
- MRP Execution & Order Management – 30%: Run and analyze MRP regularly, convert planned orders into purchase orders, investigate major MRP issues.
- Supplier Coordination & Delivery Management – 25%: Align with suppliers, monitor confirmations, follow up on shortages, support performance monitoring.
- Inventory & Material Availability Control – 20%: Maintain inventory levels, monitor inbound shipments, provide risk escalations, support urgent production.
