Responsibilities
- Request appropriate AML documentation from investors in MUFG administered funds.
- Liaise with investors and clients through verbal and written communication on a periodic basis until all appropriate AML documentation has been obtained.
- Maintain an overview of complete and incomplete AML records and ensure action is taken to complete all AML records.
- Follow up on pending AML requests in a timely manner, keeping compliance with MUFG escalation and follow‑up procedures.
- Maintain and safely store AML files and trackers in line with MUFG’s data policies.
- Liaise with internal Investor & Client Operations teams on a regular basis and respond to AML‑related queries.
