- Market Intelligence & Analysis - Collect, verify, maintain, and analyze market data across relevant business areas. - Conduct primary and secondary research, including interviews, surveys, and site visits when required. - Analyze supply-demand dynamics, pricing, absorption, yield, investment trends, and relevant regulatory - Deliverables & Reporting - Complete final market research reports, periodic reports, and other assigned analytical deliverables as the primary person in charge. - Prepare well-structured market analysis, data-driven insights, and presentation materials for internal and external use, including client-facing materials where required. - Ensure all assigned deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted on time in accordance with agreed scope and quality standards. - Project Execution & Coordination - Lead assigned research workstreams by coordinating with internal teams and relevant external parties ...
