Job Description Execute global league operations SOPs across regional tournaments, including adapting and enforcing global rulebooks, competitive formats, and scoring systems. Manage end-to-end tournament operations for both online and offline events, including team onboarding, match scheduling, result tracking, and real-time rule enforcement. Oversee live match operations and resolve disputes or escalations with professionalism and fairness. Serve as the primary point of contact for professional teams and players, fostering strong relationships and addressing their needs and concerns. Develop and implement policies for player conduct, ensuring adherence to league rules and professional standards. Facilitate logistical support for players and teams, including travel, accommodation, and practice facilities. Collaborate with content and broadcast teams to align schedules, storylines, and on-air segments to enhance audience engagement.
