Summary
Serves as a strategic legal business partner to Texas Health Resources (THR) hospitals, Texas Health Physicians Group (THPG), and/or THR System Services departments, with primary responsibility for commercial transactions supporting procurement and supply chain initiatives (as assigned). Drafts, reviews, and negotiates a broad range of vendor/supplier and services agreements; provides practical, timely risk guidance to operational leaders; and identifies legal and regulatory risks and trends impacting contracting and supplier relationships.
