Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of audit and assurance clients across various industries
- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion in compliance with International Standards on Auditing (SSA)
- Review audit working papers, financial statements, and audit reports
- Ensure audits are completed within agreed timelines and budgets
- Provide technical guidance on IFRS and audit-related matters
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact
- Supervise, coach, and develop audit seniors and associates
- Review internal controls and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies
- Assist partners/directors in business development and proposal preparation
- Participate in staff training and performance evaluations
