Key Responsibilities
- Assists the Chief Audit Executive in developing the audit plan.
- Presents the engagement results to senior management and Audit Committee.
- Coaches and guides the auditors in planning their careers, including the training/exposures needed.
- Oversee the activities conducted by his/her team.
- Schedules and assigns the auditors to perform specific assignments by reviewing their experience and the developmental training they need as well as the experience required by the assigned task.
- Evaluates the performance of the audit team under him/her.
- Ensures that auditors under him/her timely provide information that is necessary for the completion of administrative reports.
