You will lead end-to-end business analysis for core banking transformation initiatives, requiring deep functional expertise in Sharia-compliant products such as Murabaha, Ijarah, Mudarabah, and Tawarruq . Your primary focus will involve bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams by eliciting requirements, conducting impact assessments, and documenting As-Is and To-Be processes.
