Senior Backend Developer .NET

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications.
- Create and optimize RESTful APIs using .NET Core.
- Ensure code quality by following best practices and developing standards.
- Work closely with product and market teams to create innovative solutions.
- Continuously improving the performance and security of applications.
- Respond to and resolve production incidents in a timely manner, acting as a key escalation point for critical issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Monitor application health through observability tools (logs, metrics, traces) and proactively identify risks before they impact end users.
