- Own backend features end-to-end, from architecture and development to deployment and observability.
- Drive system reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, Data Platform, and DevOps teams.
- Mentor team members and contribute to backend engineering best practices and standards.
