Looking for - 1) Senior Bartender
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Work Days: 5 days work, 2 off days - Split Shift
Meals: Provided
Location: North Bridge Road
Nearest MRT: Bras Basah / City Hall
- Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
- Create cocktails based on menu and customer requests
- Lead bar operations during service
- Create and refine cocktail recipes aligned with the restaurant’s concept
- Train junior bartenders on techniques, service, and standards
- Work closely with management to design beverage menus and promotions
