Job Description
. Key person running the bar operations and maintaining quality beverage standards . Mix a wide range of classic cocktails and serve in timely manner . Ensure high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the bar area . Work closely with all the departments to ensure smooth operations flow . Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences . Able to monitor an operating par stock of OS&E . Promote sales through direct guest contact . Check daily opening and closing duties . Must be able to work evenings and weekends
