What you'll be doing?
Team & leadership
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of three analysts – workload allocation, quality review, and growth
- Set the standards for data models, definitions, and documentation the whole business relies on
- Serve as the primary data partner to stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product
Business intelligence & analysis (primary focus)
- Maintain daily automated reports: leads, listings, LPL, promoted listings, sold listings, market monitor
- Deliver weekly ad‑hoc data requests across P24 and AutoTrader
- Produce monthly and quarterly commercial analyses, industry reports, and press‑ready data articles
- Track commercial KPIs: take rate, ROS/MDS, LPL per dealer, slot utilisation, dealer profitability
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Apache Superset; templates in Excel and Google Sheets
