Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise BI platforms including Power BI and OBIEE/OAC.
- Monitor system performance, perform tuning, troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery activities.
- Manage BI platform security, user access, licensing, and compliance processes.
- Support production and non-production environments, release management, and configuration activities.
- Optimize report and SQL query performance to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with DBAs, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to support analytics solutions.
- Provide escalated technical support and drive issue resolution for complex platform issues.
