Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of BIM Engineers and BIM Modellers for projects with varied deliverables Check the quality and accuracy of BIM models & asset information, ensuring they are in accordance with Gammon BIM standards and the required level of details Perform constructability reviews in 2D & 3D formats, including logistics planning, 4D simulation, 5D cost, and virtual digital mock-ups for visualization Liaise closely and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, project operation team, subcontractors and relevant statutory bodies Work closely with the site operation team to conduct BIM technology deployment to meet contract requirements and client’s expectation Upskill BIM capabilities for the operations team Support the company’s BIM roadmap & strategy and ensure its implementation Develop innovation within the department, explore new software and expand the use of BIM within the company Familiar with the concept of BIM-led Design
