Senior BIM Manager

Key Responsibilities: . Lead BIM-focused projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements. . Write and uphold BIM Execution Plans, maintaining project consistency and quality. . Integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). . Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants. . Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D). . Troubleshoot issues with models and projects, ensuring timely resolution. . Oversee the BIM team, providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance. . Provide guidance to architects on implementing appropriate BIM strategies and technologies. . Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects, ensuring efficient execution. . Conduct training sessions on BIM processes to improve team capabilities.
