What you will do
- Enhance the promotion of Amgen products and communicate critical messages by collaborating with partners to serve patients.
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement a territory plan of action (POA) and key account plans.
- Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agree on course corrections with the manager.
- Partner with cluster territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs, Value and Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives and responsibilities.
- Engage with peers, the District Manager and cross‑functional teams to improve product knowledge.
- Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, including how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate.
- Follow through on customer commitments and requests in a timely fashion.
- Report customer activity in the CRM system and keep customer profiles up to date.
