- Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans.
- Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agree to course corrections with manager.
- Partner with cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities.
- Engage with peers, District Manager and cross‑functional teams to improve product knowledge.
- Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate.
- Follow through on customer commitments and requests in a timely fashion.
- Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up‑to‑date.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Amgen Performance for selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs.
