Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our Building Automation team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BMS programming, integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of complex building automation systems across commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BMS commissioning activities from project initiation through final handover.
- Configure, program, test, and commission BMS controllers, supervisory systems, and field devices.
- Develop and modify control logic, sequences of operation, alarms, trends, schedules, and graphics.
- Perform integration of HVAC, Chillers, FAHU/AHU systems, FCUs, Pumps, VFDs, Energy Meters, Power Monitoring Systems, Lighting Control Systems, and other third-party systems.
