Job Description
An opportunity for an experienced SENIOR BOILER & POWER PLANT MANAGER is required to lead steam generation, biomass energy plant and utilities for continuous manufacturing operations. Limited Duration Contract employment based in Mpumalanga (Manufacturing Industrial Region). A seasoned boiler and power plant professional is required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage boiler operations and fuel handling systems
- Supervise power plant staff and uptime performance
- Support continuous production
- Develop energy efficiency and maintenance strategies
- Ensure compliance with statutory boiler and power regulations
- Drive safety culture and technical excellence
- Leadership of operations teams
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
