Are you an experienced Senior Bookkeeper looking for a half‑day opportunity with excellent benefits and a supportive environment? We are recruiting a mature, detail‑oriented professional with proven expertise in bookkeeping up to Balance Sheet level.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly invoicing, cashbook reconciliation, and payments
- Monthly creditors processing and reconciliations (limited volume)
- General ledger journals, intercompany loan reconciliations, stock entries, and month‑end journals
- Monthly reporting and analysis up to Balance Sheet
- VAT reconciliations and submissions (every second month)
- Weekly invoicing and reconciling of sales vs production
- Allocation of debtor payments and resolving invoice queries
