Join India’s leading personalized beauty brands and drive brand growth, innovation, and market leadership. As Senior Brand Manager, you will own brand strategy, consumer insights, new product development, campaign execution, and performance management across multiple marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
•Drive brand vision, positioning and growth strategy.
• Identify market opportunities through consumer and competitor research.
• Lead New Product Development (NPD) strategy and go-to-market planning.
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, content, media and partnerships.
• Build strategic relationships with agencies, vendors and industry partners.
• Oversee PR activations, media planning and brand implementation.
