Senior Brand Manager (Temporary Position – Maternity Cover)
You will define and lead the Brand Strategy FMCG agenda for Kinder Eggs and Kinder Seasonal, ensuring strong alignment with general priorities while delivering meaningful local impact. Acting as a true brand owner, close collaboration with key stakeholders across Marketing, Trade, Sales, Supply Chain, and Group teams will be essential to drive clarity, alignment, and results within a complex international brand management matrix.
Through your leadership, end‑to‑end brand management will be delivered by a talented team, covering ATL BTL marketing, portfolio and P&L; management, volume planning, and market analytics. Strategic guidance, robust validation, and a strong performance mindset will ensure excellence across communication development, demand planning, and continuous growth initiatives.
