What will you do?
As a Senior Breeder, you will be part of the pepper non‑heated breeding department in Spain. You will develop and maintain a competitive breeding program that aligns with Enza’s long‑term vision, ensuring the development of commercially successful pepper varieties.
- Translation of Pepper Breeding Strategies into a tactical and operational breeding goals and implementation.
- Create and maintain a breeding pipeline capable of addressing short and long‑term market needs.
- Ensure trial placements are in line with crop objectives and market requirements. Collect and manage data to support breeding decisions.
- Coordinate program workflow activities with the pepper team and different company departments.
- Manage different breeding projects and activities in an efficient way.
