Senior Breeder
What will you do? You will be part of the pepper non-heated breeding department in Spain. As a Senior Breeder, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a competitive breeding program that aligns with Enza’s long-term vision, ensuring the development of commercially successful pepper varieties.
Responsibilities
- Translate Pepper Breeding Strategies into tactical and operational breeding goals and implementation.
- Create and maintain a breeding pipeline capable of addressing short and long-term market needs.
- Ensure trial placements are in line with crop objectives and market requirements.
- Collect and manage data to support breeding decisions.
- Coordinate program workflow activities with the pepper team and different company departments.
