Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Structural Engineering, or related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent chartered status is highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years proven experience in building design, construction, and project management.
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale or complex building projects.
Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
