Job Description
Our client is a well-established international commodity trading house with a strong presence across global dry bulk and commodities markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of dry bulk cargoes, ensuring smooth and timely shipment performance
- Coordinate vessel nominations, shipping schedules, and charter party obligations with traders, shipowners, agents, and counterparties
- Monitor laytime, demurrage/dispatch, freight costs, and operational risks across voyages
- Handle shipping documentation and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Work closely with trading, freight, finance, and risk teams to support commercial objectives and resolve operational issues
- Manage claims and post-fixture matters, ensuring timely resolution
