Job Description
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end ERP project lifecycles, from discovery and planningthrough implementation and post-deployment support. Coordinate and align cross-functional teams across IT, Finance,Operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks using Agile,Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Facilitate workshops and executive meetings to align ERP solutionswith broader business objectives and strategic goals. Oversee data migration, system integration, and comprehensivetesting activities to ensure solution integrity. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, compliancerequirements, and stakeholder expectations. Develop and execute change management plans including user training,documentation, and ongoing support.
