What You’ll Do
- Define the right problems and business outcomes
- Analyse and optimise end-to-end business processes across the value chain
- Use SAP Signavio and BPMN standards to model current and future state processes
- Ensure process designs are consistent, governed, and scalable
- Elicit and structure requirements (WHY, WHAT, HOW)
- Create clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work with Product Owners to shape clear, outcome-aligned requirements for Agile squads
- Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to drive alignment
- Support delivery within SAP S/4HANA environments
