This role is all about driving meaningful change, through process improvement, identifying automation opportunities and supporting the enhancement and innovation of service delivery across the organisation.
A significant part of the role involves discovery and analysis, including reviewing and mapping current-state processes, to identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
