Documentation Business Analyst
A major insurer is building out their documentation squad on a large-scale transformation program and needs an experienced Business Analyst to come in and hit the ground running.
You’ll be working alongside the Documentation Lead and SMEs, translating business requirements into clear, actionable specs for the delivery team. The focus is customer-facing documents, certificates of insurance, policy wordings, schedules, notices, letters, so a sharp eye for accuracy, structure and consistency is essential.

- Eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements for customer-facing documentation
