A Senior Business Analyst is required to support the redevelopment of a large-scale public sector website. The role will sit within a cross-functional project team and support delivery across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to content migration and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a core resource across all project phases including discovery, requirements gathering, design and delivery
- Conduct business requirements analysis and translate outcomes into clear documentation and user stories
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions across multiple business units
- Liaise between business stakeholders and digital/technology teams to ensure alignment and compliance with ICT protocols
