Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Front Office
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a dynamic skilled individual with a blend of PMO and Business Analysis expertise to support strategic transformation initiatives within the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Support program leads in delivering strategic initiatives aligned with business goals
- Manage project plans, milestones, and RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting
- Facilitate meetings, track actions, and maintain project documentation
- Contribute to operating model design, including current vs. target state analysis
- Support testing, change management, and approval processes
