Job Description

My client is an MNC Insurance, sitting under IT and Digital team and is currently working on various transformation.

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex initiatives across the Digital divisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define business needs and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications
  • Partner with IT and business teams to implement solutions
