Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Retail IT (POS & Supply Chain)

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Retail Ops, IT, Supply Chain, Finance) to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for POS upgrades, integrations, and omnichannel retail initiatives
  • Map and optimize supply chain workflows including inventory, order management, logistics, and vendor coordination
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Conduct gap analysis, root cause investigations, and impact assessments for system changes
  • Support UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and business outcomes
