About The Role
As part of the Service Delivery department, the Senior Business Analyst will work with dedicated professionals to ensure the Service Now application is built and configured according to the required technical specifications and business needs. The analyst will serve as a key liaison with stakeholders, including Development and Support teams, to gather, analyze, and document requirements of Service Now for various stakeholders. The analyst will work closely with leadership to manage deliverable timelines. Experience in the financial industry, especially understanding of investment portfolio accounting and investor relations processing, is a plus.
