Location – Lenexa, KS or Topeka, KS or Lubbock, TX or Purchase, NY
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business analysis, project management roles.
- Proven experience in managing business analyst and QA teams, as well as leading cross-functional projects.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
- Proficient in Agile-Scrum and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote) and Confluence.
- Experienced in process mapping tools such as Blue Works Live and Visio.
- Familiarity with issue and project tracking tools such as JIRA and Agile Craft.
- Data analysis skills with tools such as WinSQL.
