- Originate and secure new renewable energy opportunities
- Manage opportunities from initial engagement to financial close
- Lead client negotiations and commercial discussions
- Structure and position funded PPA solutions
- Collaborate with technical, financial, and legal teams to deliver successful projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 35 years' business development or sales experience with a proven deal-closing track record
- Strong network within the South African C&I market
- Experience managing complex sales cycles
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Renewable energy, PPA, EPC, solar PV, or battery storage experience advantageous
