Lead the development of estate transformation opportunities, integrating property design, surveying, project and cost management into holistic solutions for public sector clients.
Proactively grow existing accounts by identifying transformation needs and expanding service lines to support long-term estate strategies.
Collaborate with the wider Place growth team to cross-sell estate transformation services alongside building safety, net zero, and planning and regeneration propositions.
Focus on generating high-impact estate transformation work in the public sector
Drive self-generated lead development through strategic networking, thought leadership, and market engagement.
