They are able to adapt their style to suit the situation -- sometimes they are hard negotiators, other times they are working in parallel with their external counterparts to achieve winning solutions for EVI. They are excellent strategist, able pick & focus on their must-win battles. At the same time, they are ready to roll up their sleeves & get their hands dirty to ensure they exceed targets set.
