Senior business development officer

Job Description: Senior Business Development Officer in Melrose, Johannesburg Key Responsibilities Drive new business development and sales of high value assets. Build and maintain strong client, supplier, and partner relationships. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure. Assess, analyse, and package client financial information for funding applications. Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and maintain accurate records. Stay informed on market trends and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in asset finance, financial services, or business development. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Proven ability to build relationships and close deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
