Job Purpose
The Senior Business Development Specialist is responsible for providing strategic perspective through the conduct of business research and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and establish contact with targeted companies to expand the brand portfolio with new lines of business, following the company's needs and guidelines.
- Coordinate with mall management to obtain approval for new concepts.
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research and survey to support strategic and business planning.
- Carry out functional supervisory responsibilities, involving the planning and assignment of tasks, setting deadlines, monitoring results and quality, providing training, and relaying the team's requests to the hierarchy.
