Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate workshops, effectively managing interactions with large groups (10-20 stakeholders) and handling challenging personalities. Drive features from ideation through to detailed documentation, encompassing both business and systems requirements. Utilize Miro for collaboration and workshop facilitation, ensuring productive sessions and clear outcomes.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working with Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs), APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
