Job Description
The Senior Buyer is responsible for end-to-end procurement of materials, services, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met. This role leads complex sourcing requests, manages strategic suppliers, and drives continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Requirements
~ Bachelor's degree in supply chain, International Business, Engineering, or related field.
~7+ years of procurement/buying experience, including complex negotiations and contract management.
~ Proven experience in Oil & Gas or Energy Industries, energy, renovables, mineros.
~ Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and SLAs to achieve best value and mitigate risk.
~ Manage supplier relationships: performance reviews, corrective actions, and strategic development.
~ Create and manage purchase orders; expedite deliveries and resolve shortages or delays.
