Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Campaign Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SFMC (Salesforce Management Cloud)
- Good to have: Expertise in executing complex campaigns in Campaign Management tools like Oracle Responsys, Gupshup, Capillary, MoEngage / Clevertap.
- Should have worked on email warmup process in the past
- Understanding of working from designers' files using Adobe and other design programs
- Create email campaign deliverables and ensure that final deliverables are on time and meet business requirements
- Perform first level quality control testing and peer review testing
- Identify the root cause of any email issues discovered and recommend solutions
