As the Senior Category Head (Beauty) E-commerce, you will be the primary architect of the company’s digital growth, driving total online revenue across Shopify and major marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop . You will lead a dedicated team to execute high-impact promotional strategies, optimize performance marketing (ROAS/CAC), and scale the brand’s presence in the Philippine market. By blending data-driven insights with creative collaboration, you will ensure seamless end-to-end customer journeys that convert traffic into loyal shoppers.
