Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Senior Category Growth to lead end-to-end category strategy across Indonesia’s offline channels, including General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Modern Trade Independent (MTI).
In this role, you will drive sustainable category growth through strong commercial strategy, shopper and channel insights, and close cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key leadership role in shaping business decisions, influencing stakeholders, and translating data into impactful growth initiatives across the organization.
