Job Description
To deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services from our Leeds office to existing and new clients. The scope of services delivered by the role-holder are flexible, dependent upon the Client’s requirements, covering both CDM and H&S Management.
The key requirements of the role are to understand the Clients’ needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges and ensure consistent delivery of service excellence in meeting their needs and expectations.
- Understand and develop existing systems and processes to improve both CDM and H&S efficiency
- Provide expert advice and where required, act as Principal Designer and help the client manage and understand their legal responsibilities, in accordance with CDM regulations
- Establishing positive relations with existing and new Clients to gain confidence and become a trusted advocate
